Name: Panica Radford
Background:
Panica is the daughter of Delilah Radford of Fallout 2. After the events of Fallout 2, Panica was born. She and her mother lived within Vault City. Panica learned everything she knows from her mother and adopted her mother's sense of morals (accidentally including the one where her mother is a porn star). Panica loves to drink, with her favorite being good old beer. When she's drunk, she's usually a very lovey drunk, but occasionally she'll be a crying drunk. At the age of 19, Panica decided she wanted to get out of the NCR and explore the world, so she took the job of a courier to travel the wastes. She accepted the strange package with the platinum poker chip and from there the Fallout New Vegas story begins.

Opinions on Major factions:
NCR: She was annoyed with the NCR when she lived there, and is even more annoyed now that they're all the way out in New Vegas. Her mother told her a lot of NCR stories when growing up.
Legion: At first Panica didn't agree with the Legion's views, but decided to see what they were all about anyway. With her time there, she made some wonderful friends but that came to an end when she became hostile with the Legion after the events in the comic One for my Baby.
